CC&R's

You will need to know the tract number for a given address to select the applicable CC&R from the list below. To find the tract number use the following steps:

1. Go to http://maps.assessor.lacounty.gov/mapping/viewer.asp
2. Enter the street address, follow the format instructions, click "Submit."
3. Click on the Assessors ID number.
4. Scroll down to "Property Boundary Description" to find the tract number.
